Asian Grilled Chicken Drumsticks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 chicken drumsticks (about 1 1/2 lb)
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the chicken. Brush the mixture over the drumsticks
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
3. Place the drumsticks on the grill bone sides down. Cook 15 to 20 minutes on with grill covered. Turn chicken and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning 2 or 3 times, until juice of chicken is clear.
