BBQ Asian Chicken
Healthy Asian grilled chicken recipe, that is quick and easy to make. Fire up the grill for this great recipe.
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 8 (6-ounce) chicken thighs, skinned
* Cooking spray
* Lime wedges (optional)
* Green onion tops (optional)
Preparation
1. Take the first 6 ingredients and combine them in a large zip top plastic bag. Place the chicken in the bag, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove the chicken from the bag, keep the marinade and place it in a small saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil for 1 minute.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 20 minutes. While its cooking you can use the left over marinade to rub on the chicken.
