BBQ Chicken Kabobs with Pineapple
Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
2 cupsĀ fresh pineapple chunks (1-1/2 inch)
1 each red and green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cupĀ KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 kabob skewers
Preparation
1. Fire up the grill to medium high heat
2. Thread the chicken alternate with pineapple and peppers onto 8 kabob skewers
3. Mix the barbecue sauce and the juice concentrate, lightly brush the mix onto the kabobs
4. Place kabobs on the grill and cook 8 to 10 min. Turn occasionally and brush with sauce.
