Cordon Bleu BBQ Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Heinz® Chili Sauce
1 green onion, finely chopped
4 slices Gruyere cheese
4 slices ham
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Heinz® Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
1. Make a small cut in the side of each chicken breast. Season the outside and in with salt and pepper. Mix chili sauce with onions and rub half inside each pocket.
2. Stuff pockets with the same amount of ham and cheese. Close the pockets tightly using toothpicks.
3. Preheat grill to medium high and grease lightly
4. In a bowl mix the butter, olive oil, cider vinegar, honey and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the chicken. Lower the grill heat to medium and place the chicken on the Grill.
5. Grill the chicken on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Use the mixture and brush the remaining on the chicken. Cook until juices are gone or until done.
