I used fresh pineapple and blended it rather than the pineapple juice the recipe calls for. The chicken was so tender it fell right off the bone. My girlfriend said it was one of the best meals of her life. Easy to make and tastes so delicious.

* 6 chicken thighs
* 1 cup pineapple juice
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon fresh ginger


1. Mix all the ingredients into a plastic bag
2. Marinate the chicken for 3-4 hours. The longer you marinate the more flaor that will get soaked into the chicken
3. Turn the grill up to meduim heat.
4. Grill chicken thighs until the juices run clear.

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
2 cups  fresh pineapple chunks (1-1/2 inch)
1 each red and green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 kabob skewers

1. Fire up the grill to medium high heat
2. Thread the chicken alternate with pineapple and peppers onto 8 kabob skewers
3. Mix the barbecue sauce and the juice concentrate, lightly brush the mix onto the kabobs
4. Place kabobs on the grill and cook 8 to 10 min. Turn occasionally and brush with sauce.

* 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice shopping list
* 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list

* 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
* 7 boneless, skinless chicken breast, all fat removed


1. Put all the marinade ingredients into a plastic bag
2. Run the chicken under some water and pay dry
3. Place the chicken in the plastic bag with the marinade
4. Please the sealed bag into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
5. Preheat grill to medium-high or preheat broiler
6. Place chicken on grill, cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until there is not pink.

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper

In a box mix together the Italian dressing, Miracle Whip, garlic powder and red pepper. Place the chicken in the bowl or put in a zip lock bag with the marinade for at least a ½ hour. Grill chicken 15-20 min.

Honey Barbecue Chicken Tue, 01 Feb 2011 12:51:25 +0000 admin This tasty flavorful recipe can be made as mild or hot as you want by controlling the amount of hot sauce used. The sweet honey flavor makes it a great dish for kids.

- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons hot red pepper sauce (optional)
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless, boneless


Combine the ingredients (leave the chicken breasts out for now) in a saucepan and bring to a boil using medium heat, stir occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes.  Pre heat the grilled to medium and place the chicken breasts on the grill. Next rub the sauce on the chicken using a brush. Turn the chicken once and rub the sauce on the other side. Cook chicken until juices run clear.

* 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 8 (6-ounce) chicken thighs, skinned
* Cooking spray
* Lime wedges (optional)
* Green onion tops (optional)

1. Take the first 6 ingredients and combine them in a large zip top plastic bag. Place the chicken in the bag, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove the chicken from the bag, keep the marinade and place it in a small saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil for 1 minute.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 20 minutes. While its cooking you can use the left over marinade to rub on the chicken.
